Our Methods and Approaches
The methods and approaches we use in our projects have been developed to characterize complex work domains with deep technical structures and high-risk boundaries. They draw on carefully developed techniques for the study of real work and have been tested in other high-consequence domains such as aviation, nuclear power, medicine, and military systems.
