You’re here because something bad happened, and you think you need help in your role as a senior leader. You’re in the center of the cyclone — the event is mostly over, but the reverberations are continuing. We call this period the aftermath.
We know what it’s like. We have helped others and we may be able to help you.
In addition to dealing with the damage already done, you are probably under pressure to produce a thorough analysis of the event in a ridiculously short period of time. The analysis needs to sufficiently characterize the incident’s origins and evolution in order to guide the company’s response, to identify and make explicit critical insights, and to reinforce or restore confidence in both the workforce and leadership.
